Check Out/In Check in time is 2.00pm & Check out time is 10.00am. If your travel arrangements are inconvenienced by these times please contact reception to make alternative arrangements. (subject to availability) Guest Safety Occupants must comply with any directions of the park owner/manager in relation to compliance with the Occupation Health & Safety Act 2000 and the Occupational Health & Safety Regulation 2001. Reception/Kiosk Hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, weekend & peak times will be posted on the board at reception. Fees/Refunds We have a no refund policy if you decide to leave early for any reason. Quiet Time So everyone can enjoy their time at Lakeside Resort Forster quiet time is between 10.00pm & 7.00am. Thank you for considering other quests and residence. Please notify the owner/manager of any person(s) causing excessive noise, using offensive language or being antisocial as this behaviour will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy of any person(s) at anytime. No music between 10:00pm and 9:00am. Pool hours & Safety rules 8:00am to 7:00pm unless closed for cleaning. For the safety of everyone using the pool there is to be no running, jumping, bombing or pool toys in the pool area. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Ball Games To ensure everyone's safety please refrain from playing ball games in areas that may affect other guests. All children must be supervised so that they are not a danger or nuisance to themselves or other people. Rollerblades, skateboards, skates, noisy or motorised toys For the convenience of other guests these items are not permitted in the park. There is a skate park located in Tuncurry. Day Visitors A $5.00 visitors fee is applicable per person when using the park facilities. Bicycles When riding your bike in the park all public road rules apply including wearing your helmet and riding is only permitted during daylight hours. Laundry For the convenience of all our guest please remove clothes from clothes line & dryer once they are dry, also please remove washing from machines when load is finished. Amenities The amenities will be closed for cleaning at Mens: 11.00am – 12.00pm Ladies: 12.00pm – 1.00pm Amenities blocks in camping area will be cleaned daily. Occupational Health & Safety Under no circumstances can any amenities be used for cooking or cleaning of cooking equipment. No smoking in any public building. Sites If you have paid for an unpowered site you are not permitted to use power or water from a powered site. No generators permitted on any site or cabin. Garbage All garbage is to be placed in the bins provided. All recyclables are to be placed in large yellow bin located at the entrance of the park. (no bottle tops, plastic bags or house hold garbage to be placed in this bin) If staying in cabin please wrap all vegetable peelings or any seafood before placing into bins located at the steps of your cabin. BBQ areas The main BBQ area is not to be used after 10:00pm and the camp ground BBQ area cuts out at 9:15pm. Please consider other guests and scrape BBQ's after use but please do not clean with water. No portable BBQ's are permitted on the decks of the cabins. Fires Only gas or electric BBQ's or cook tops are permitted to be used in the camping grounds. No open fires of any type. Vehicles For the safety of everyone please limit your speed to 10km while driving in the park and there is no parking permitted on the Council Reserve. All cars, boats, trailers, tents etc must fit on your site. Pets Pets are permitted in Low Season only on powered or unpowered sites. Unfortunately they are not permitted in or near any cabins. |
