Holiday vans, also known as statics, semi-permanents, annuals and longterm casuals now come under the
Holiday Parks (longterm casual occupation) act 2002.
At Lakeside Resort Forster we use occupation agreements. Under these agreements the van can be occupied for up to 180 days a year. The fees are $385 per month ($4,620 per year GST inclusive), plus power. This entitles 6 nominated people to use the van for that yearly rate. Anyone else who uses the van must pay visitor fees of $8 per adult/ $4 per child per night. All fees are reviewed annually. Please note pets are not permitted in Long Term Casual sites.
