TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in time: 2:00pm Check-out time: 10.00am Age Policy: under 2 years free Children: 2-15 years Adults: 16 and over NOTE: A minimum deposit of 50% of total tariff is required to confirm a
booking. Minimum bookings apply over long weekends, special events, school holidays and easter. Minimum 7 night
booking applies over December/January holidays. Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number
after booking if deemed so necessary (with notice if possible).
REBOOKING AT MID/PEAK TIMES If rebooking accommodation/site that you have occupied over a mid/peak period we will require a booking fee of $100.00 upon booking or the 50% required deposit. If you opt for the $100.00 booking fee the final payment of 50% of total tariff less booking fee will be required by 1st July or 1st April. CANCELLATION POLICY Tariffs and deposits are non refundable if you decide to leave early, for any reason. Any cancellations for a Mid/Peak Period will result in the loss of the $100.00 booking fee if this option has been taken out upon booking. Cancellations must be received in writing no less than 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a credit in the system which is valid for 12 months from cancellation date. No refund can be issued for a credit that is unable to be utilised. If notice of cancellation in writing is given 30 days or less before arrival date a credit will only be issued if a replacement booking for the same dates can be made. A $30.00 administration fee will be charged for all of the above. Sorry, but we have a NO REFUND POLICY. N.B.
